First-Inventor-To-File Under the AIA: Rules, Implications, and Strategies Every IP Attorney Should Know

On February 27, from 12-1 pm, at the State of Georgia Bar Headquarters, the In-House Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Section is pleased to present a panel discussion focused on the American Invents Act, First to File new rules – many of which will go into effect in March 2013. This CLE is packed full of critical information for both in-house attorneys and firm IP attorneys. The discussion will be led by Brent R. Bellows of Knowles Intellectual Property Strategies and Richard Miller of Ballard Spahr LLP. Both Dr. Bellows and Mr. Miller have led similar discussions at various national and international CLE events. Lunch and CLE credit will be provided and seating is limited. The cost is $20 for members of the State Bar of Georgia, $30 for non-members.
